The dress arrived - it looked amazing!

very poorly made

the fitting was so off, the customer representative then had the nerve to tell me i should have ordered a size bigger. the garment was looked like it was made for a 14yr old girl

Incorrect size

I received the wrong size and I had to pay for alterations. I ended up spending twice what I expected as a result.

Thank you for taking the time to share this - and I’m genuinely sorry. You’re right to be upset. We sent you a size larger than what you’d asked for, and that’s our mistake, plain and simple. It shouldn’t have happened, and I understand the frustration of having to sort out alterations on a dress you were excited about.

I’m glad we were able to refund the customisation charges, but I know that doesn’t undo the hassle of it all. We’ve taken this seriously internally so it doesn’t happen again.

If you’d ever be willing to give us another chance, I’d personally make sure your next order is handled exactly right. Either way, thank you for the honest feedback- it genuinely helps us do better ♥️

beautiful construction

i love this dress! i ordered the white/red for my engagement party and i’m so happy in my decision.

my measurements were between the medium and large, but i opted for the medium since i prefer close fit. i found it a little tight around my arms (which are more “large”) but it still looks great and i’m comfortable enough.

the fabric and construction are very nice and make it feel like an exceptional value for the price. given i ordered for a special occasion, i look forward to cherishing this dress for years to come. i will note that i found the white to be more “off-white” than pictured.

finally, my experience with international shipping (as a US customer) was also exceptional. the dispatcher took care in verifying my address and confirming day-of delivery. i received the dress about 2 weeks after i placed the order.

What material is the G&T Dress made of?

The G&T Dress is made from 100% soft, breathable cotton with a cotton lining. The fabric has a fluid drape that skims the body while maintaining its structure. The bow detail is hand-finished for refined detailing. We chose cotton specifically because it's breathable, easy to wear through long evenings, and improves with care over time.

How should I clean it?

Dry clean only. If you spot-clean a mark, use a damp cotton cloth and let it air-dry. Iron on low heat from the reverse side. Store folded to preserve the structured hem and bow detail between wears.

Will it fit if I'm between sizes?

The G&T Dress runs true to size — order your usual. The fluid fit accommodates different body types comfortably. If you're between sizes, we'd recommend trying the smaller size first, as the dress is designed to skim the body gently. WhatsApp us with your usual UK/US/Indian size and we'll suggest the closest fit. We've helped 5,000+ members get this right.

Can I customise the length or fit?

Yes — we offer customisations on hem length and fit adjustments. Customisations take an extra 7–10 days and are final sale (we'll WhatsApp you to confirm the details before stitching). Reach out on WhatsApp or email with your preferences.

When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 7–10 business days at our Ahmedabad atelier. After that — India: 7–10 business days · International: 15–20 business days · Express dispatch available on WhatsApp. You'll get a tracking link the moment your dress ships.

What if it doesn't fit?

Easy 7-day size swap, same style, same price. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery, send the piece back unworn with tags, and we'll send your size. We don't currently offer refunds — but we'll keep swapping until the fit is right.

Is the dress see-through or does it need a slip?

The G&T is fully lined with cotton, so no slip is needed — it provides 80% opacity since it is off white in colour. The fabric has a soft drape that flows beautifully without clinging. Members tell us it's comfortable to wear for long evenings and moves gracefully.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Most international orders include duties and taxes upfront, so no surprises at delivery. Tracked, 15–20 business days. We have members ordering from London, New York, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and beyond.
