Refund policy
At Osé Studios, we take great care to ensure that each garment is crafted and inspected to the highest quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below before initiating a return or exchange.
1. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns will be processed as store credit only, redeemable for future purchases on our website.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. In case, there is any issue, please contact our customer service on info@osestudios.in and they will issue a credit note for the amount.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The request must be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All exchange parcels must reach our studio within 7 days of your exchange request being approved.
The item(s) must be in original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with the original return tag securely attached.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (including dust bags or boxes, if applicable).
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our internal team. Items returned without authorization or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during Flash Sales, Final Sale, or Promotional Offers
Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces
International orders (we currently do not accept international returns or exchanges)
4. Condition of Returned Items
Please ensure that:
The garment is free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
Items received in a used, soiled, or damaged condition will be declined.
If an item is returned without the return tag or fails inspection, it will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for arranging collection from our warehouse.
Osé Studios reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these quality checks.
5. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
We do not refund the cost of shipping (both to and from the customer).
Please use a reliable and trackable courier service, as Osé Studios cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay of parcels in transit.
Returns or exchanges will be processed only after the returned items have been received and verified at our studio.
6. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, email us at admin@osestudios.in or Whatsapp us on +91 9099035580 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and authorization from our team.

The exchange parcel must reach our studio within 7 days of approval.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue store credit or send the replacement product (depending on your request and stock availability).
Please note:
Unauthorised returns (sent without approval) will be refused and returned to the sender.
The customer will be responsible for collecting any refused items from our warehouse.
7. Store Credit
Once your return has been approved and processed, you will receive store credit via email. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any product on our website (osestudios.in).
8. Online Purchase Policy
This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official Osé Studios website or from our WhatsApp +91 9099035580 (osestudios.in). For items purchased through other platforms or retail partners, please refer to the respective seller’s return policy.
