Shipping policy
1. Locations
We ship worldwide. Our products are dispatched from our studio in Ahmedabad, India, and delivered to customers across India and international destinations through trusted courier partners.
2. Shipping Costs
Domestic (India): We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
Shipping charges may apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) or remote-area deliveries, depending on the delivery pin code and courier partner. Any applicable delivery fee will be automatically displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Orders:
We offer free international shipping on all orders.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. When your order is dispatched from our studio, a shipping confirmation email will follow, including the tracking number and courier partner link.
Please note:
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s website or tracking portal shared in your confirmation email.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Pre-order items may require up to 12 days for dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery within India generally takes:
Standard Shipping: up to 7 business days
Express Shipping: up to 3 business days
International Orders:
Orders are dispatched within 10–12 business days, and delivery usually takes 15–20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times. Please note that unforeseen delays (such as weather, strikes, or customs procedures) may occasionally extend delivery timelines.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside India, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in their country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.
6. Responsibility After Dispatch (International Orders)
Once an international order has left India and is in transit, OSE Studios is not responsible for any customs delays, holds, or clearance procedures at the destination.
If your order is held by customs or requires additional verification or payment, it will be the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier service and the local customs authorities to facilitate release and delivery.
Failure to comply with customs or import procedures may result in delays, additional storage fees, or return of the shipment — such cases will not be eligible for a refund of shipping or customs costs.
7. Delivery Delays or Issues
While we work only with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to:
Natural calamities or public holidays
Customs inspections or local import restrictions
Remote delivery locations or incorrect address details
In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment and ensuring delivery as soon as possible.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay import duties, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost or any loss incurred.
